About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the Fuel division in our Galway office.
* Manage an outbound sales team on a day-to-day basis.
* Focus specifically on developing less experienced Sales Agents.
* Develop the team's capability to achieve a 20% close rate on all referrals.
* Cultivate coaching, development, and mentoring skills to drive enhanced performance.
* Provide comprehensive management reporting on achievements against key KPIs.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of Radius product portfolio, encompassing key features, advantages, and benefits of each product.
* Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure a steady flow of leads into the operation through targeted campaigns.

Required Experience & Skills
* Prior experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role, preferably in a contact centre or similar setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Strong team-building skills, enabling effective relationships with customers.
* An enthusiastic self-starter driven by a desire to succeed and achieve company goals.
