Customer Support Representative (German)

We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative with knowledge of German, English, and Russian. By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to assist and support the players of games enjoyed by millions worldwide.
Tasks
1. Provide tech support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms (manage player tickets with the help of support engineers).
2. Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance.
3. Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing for seamless solutions.
4. Utilize research skills to develop solutions and enhance our support services.
Requirements
1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
2. Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written.
4. A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
5. Experience playing mobile games is preferred.
