Job Summary
The Business Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting site projects, maintaining key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with governance processes. This position is responsible for collaborating with Site Leads to develop and implement operational readiness plans, managing large meetings and events, and supporting key engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Site Lead in developing and implementing the Operational Readiness Plan throughout startup activities and commercial manufacturing phases.
* Organise and manage large meetings and events involving internal and external participants, including site visits.
* Collaborate with teams to support key engagement programs and projects on-site.
Requirements:
* A business administration or project management diploma is desirable.
* At least 5 years of experience in site administration or similar roles.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, enabling effective dissemination of complex information to staff at various levels.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, escalate issues when necessary, and resolve complex problems.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
* Prioritises work efficiently, applies knowledge and skills to tackle complex problems, and demonstrates exceptional organising, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proven success working in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
* Strong stakeholder management skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders that support the site.
* Exceptional influencing, collaboration, and teamwork mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Skills in business administration, project management, Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
