The Job
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager.
You will support the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett.
You will partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations.
You will act as a role model for world-class customer service, drive financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, set up store promotional plans, and ensure full compliance with health and safety.
