Job DescriptionThe Workplace Experience Generalist supports Procore’s Workplace Experience team and employees at our Dublin office. Successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role focuses on creating and aiding an exceptional workplace experience by supporting various administrative, operational, and employee engagement tasks. The Workplace Experience Generalist will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate will collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and the overall well-being of employees. No two days will be the same for this position. A strong customer service attitude is required! What you'll do:Maintain balanced levels of food and office supply inventory for the office locationDaily cleaning duties in kitchens, conference rooms, and communal areasRegularly perform building walk-throughs, perform basic building repairs if needed, and/or escalate issues to appropriate vendorsAssist with internal events set up and tear downRegister and greet visitors from the front desk Run office ticketing systems - answer, evaluate, prioritize, assign, and execute incoming requests for assistance Awareness of all ongoing team activities, department meetings, visitors, and deliveriesHelp execute office moves; Assist in the installation of desks, desk equipment, and furniture in conjunction with the IT departmentDaily written and verbal communication to all employees regarding office announcementsCommunicate constantly with extended Building Operations team members via email and/or Slack and assist other departments at Procore as needed with operations-related projectsWhat we're looking for:Previous experience working in a professional environmentQuality written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, in person)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organizedCustomer service - must be able to interface with all guests, employees, and executivesDemonstrated competence in Microsoft Office and Google ApplicationsRespect for confidential informationStrong commitment to customer service, employee happiness, and company growth Additional InformationPerks & BenefitsYou are a person with dreams, goals, and ambitions—both personally and professionally.
