3. Competitive commission: 10% – uncapped earnings potential
4. Flexible working options – full-time and part-time opportunities available
5. Training and Development: Ongoing CPD, including training in endoscopic microsuction.
6. Annual Leave: 26 days (25 days + birthday off) plus bank holidays
7. Private Healthcare
8. Death in Service Benefit ( x 2 salary)

10. Company Sick Pay and pension contributions
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experienced audiologists with 2+ years’ experience, but newly qualified candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
2. Individuals who are patient-centred, empathetic, and commercially minded.
3. A clean UK driving license and willingness to travel to multiple clinics (5–10 on average) within an hour’s radius.
4. Professionals who value honesty, humility, and teamwork, and are hungry to grow and develop their careers.
You will be fully supported to deliver clinical excellence, access to a vast ready-to-go patient database. A team who takes care of your diary management, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional hearing care.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work for a company that values its people as much as its patients, I'd love to hear from you.
Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for these roles.
