Transfer Agency - Investor Centre Manager
Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking an experienced professional to fill this exciting opportunity in their Limerick-based team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a service centre team, ensuring regulatory and management company service levels are met. The role involves overseeing daily activities, quality measures, training, coaching, recruitment, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the investor service centre, focusing on quality and service level agreements (SLAs) for investor servicing activities.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, identify training needs, and conduct performance reviews.
* Represent the Investor Services team in cross-functional forums, internally and externally.
* Maintain close working relationships with internal operational areas to improve service provision.
* Support the wider Investor Services department in strategic priority execution and development.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements associated with managing a contact centre.
* Strong results orientation and performance management success.
* Experience in managing client relationships and cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programmes.
Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
