Community Operations Analyst
Provide content review for the Finnish market.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues through the ticketing system, including account support requests or potentially abusive content.
* Enforce client terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
* Utilize market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Analyze relevant data to develop ways to enhance user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.

* Fluent Finnish language (oral and written) with deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
* Advanced English (C1 level).
Contract:
Full-time, permanent position with Covalen Solutions.
Compensation:
* €29,700 per year as base salary.
* 25% salary uplift for late hours from 10pm to 2am (evening shift).

Working Hours:
