Job Title: Booking and Travel Coordinator
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing travel and accommodation arrangements efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel and accommodation requests for employees and executives, ensuring schedules align with project requirements.
* Arrange travel, including flights, rental cars, and hotel bookings, while liaising with landlords or estate agents for longer stays.
* Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, spreadsheets, and calendars.
* Work closely with travel providers to manage bookings, changes, or cancellations.
* Generate accurate monthly reports for the payroll team.
* Occasionally cover reception duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
* Proven experience in a travel coordination or similar role.
* Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously, including flights, hotels, and long-term accommodations.
* A proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools.
* Familiarity with travel booking software or systems.
* Awareness of international travel regulations, customs, and currency processes.
