Primary functions of this Administrator role:
1. Process PO’s for the site for Site Services and Engineering, both Capex and Opex.
2. Process stationary orders for the site and organise distribution/ collection of orders.
3. Process Credit Card transactions for goods and services required for all departments on site as requested.
4. Deal with invoicing and accounting queries/ issues from Global Procurement and Accounts.
5. Facilitate Set up of New Vendors.
6. Ad hoc activities / projects as they arise.
