Applications are invited from suitably qualified staff for the above SEA positions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of a dedicated enquiry service for current students, prospective students and applicants by working collaboratively to accurately track, record and respond to queries and service requests. Reporting to the Student Central Team Leader, you will also drive innovative change in the workflow and management of queries for prospective students, applicants and current students. You will be a natural collaborator with the ability to work within a team and with varied internal and external stakeholders.

Appointment may be made on the Senior Executive Assistant Salary Scale: €38,432 - €53,500 (Scale B) / €37,272 - €51,039 (Scale A)
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
