The role will help support the continued growth of the ServiceNow business, with a particular focus on ServiceNow’s expansion of our go-to-market offering using Hyperscaler architecture, including in new markets.This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ServiceNow’s growing Corporate Legal team and to work on challenging legal issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.What you get to do in this role:Provide legal advice to various cross-functional teams within ServiceNow, including Finance, Tax, Sales and Operations, and Engineering, with a particular focus on ServiceNow’s expansion of our go-to-market offering using Hyperscaler architecture.Deliver business-oriented, risk-based guidance on the full range of corporate legal matters in relation to strategic projects, including advising on emerging areas of law and partnering with outside counsel.Support key legal and cross-functional projects on corporate strategy initiatives, market expansions, and overall commercial enablement.Develop strong knowledge of various business models and contractual arrangements utilized by ServiceNow (e.g., direct sales, resellers, partners) and proactively deliver legal services to enhance ServiceNow’s business in EMEA, APJ, and other regions.Support corporate matters for ServiceNow’s corporate structure, including inter-company loans, dividends, capital injections, and project-driven activities.Assist the wider Corporate Legal team with matters for ServiceNow’s international subsidiaries including governance, board meetings, and corporate filings.To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:Irish/U.K. law degree.3+ years of relevant, post-qualification legal experience.Broad experience in corporate law, with some international and in-house experience preferred.Some knowledge and understanding of IP, software/technology licensing, and commercial contract law.Business and results-oriented with a proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving.Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Strong analytical, issue-spotting, and investigatory skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive communication style, tailored for legal and non-legal recipients alike.Excellent project management skills.Not sure if you meet every qualification?
