7. Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customers’ technical support experience.
8. Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
9. Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
About the team
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Minimum Qualifications
- Good depth of understanding in Hadoop Administration, support and troubleshooting (Any two applications: Apache Spark, Apache Hive, Presto, Map-Reduce, Zookeeper, HBASE, HDFS).
- Good understanding of Linux and Networking concepts and hands-on experience with Linux and Networking.
- Intermediate programming/scripting skills. Ideally in Java, Python or Shell scripting, but will consider experience in other Object Oriented and Functional languages.
- Proficient in Hadoop Map-Reduce and its Eco System (Hive, HBASE, Spark, Presto etc).
- Good understanding of distributed computing environments.
- Experience building docker images and troubleshooting container related issues.
- Understanding of Kubernetes related concepts.
