Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations.
* Supervise maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining associates.
* Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.
* Accomplish maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees.
Skills Required
* Supervise employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations.
* Oversee the installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
* Monitor work performance and provide feedback.
Experience Required
* Experience with Maximo work order system.
* Developing a PM maintenance plan.
* Leading a small team and not afraid to get hands dirty.
Education Required
* BA/BS plus 2-5 years professional experience; or Advanced Degree plus 0-3 years professional experience.
