We have two new exciting roles to join Cpl Healthcare in Naas, Kildare. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant and a Recruitment Administrator to support the Nursing and Allied Health Professional Recruitment teams.
Job Descriptions
Recruitment Consultant
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Building a personal book of business (candidates and clients)
* Meeting or exceeding target fees
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates to meet job requirements (confirming availability, capability/fit and interest)
* Developing, maintaining and managing client accounts
* Demonstrating strong business development activity within your desk including identifying new leads, building client relationships, attending networking events and similar research and marketing
* Taking ownership for personal and professional development
* Providing coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants
* Leading by example and ensuring that Cpl best practices and Core Values are demonstrated at all times
* Developing an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area
* Entering all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure Jobscience is up to date and of the highest quality
* Demonstrating the Cpl Core Values in all aspects of the role
* Ensuring a positive contribution to social media mediums in order to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1-2 years Recruitment Experience, ideally in Healthcare Recruitment
* Possess excellent communicative skills
* Work well as part of a team
* Maintain a high standard of attention to detail
* Excellent IT Skills
Recruitment Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Bringing applicants through the Recruitment process
* Interviewing applicants
* Once eligibility/interview, starting recruitment clearances which include reference checks, qualification verification, Garda Vetting, overseas police clearance and liaising with our in-house OH Department
* Training
* Verification of Service etc.
* Ensuring all Doctors/Nurses/Healthcare Assistants are fully compliant before making them active to work
* Generating strong adverts on a weekly basis to attract the correct candidates and to build pools of staff for each area
* Conducting open days, college visits and client visits
* Liaising with clients and management daily
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 1 year working in an office setting
* Possess excellent communicative skills
* Work well as part of a team
* Maintain a high standard of attention to detail
* Be IT literate
