About Us:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Retention Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently, supporting the Retention support team in upholding strict compliance with company policies, identifying and addressing process gaps, and consistently delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
Position Overview:
As a Retention Support Administrator, your primary focus will be to support the daily functions of the Retention team while focusing heavily on upholding compliance procedures within the department. We are seeking an individual who possesses exceptional attention to detail, outstanding time management skills, and organizational abilities.
Working Hours:
* 8am - 4.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Task Management: Ensure all administrative tasks assigned are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Compliance Adherence: Review processes and conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
* Quality Assurance: Consistently deliver work with accuracy and attention to detail, meeting or exceeding team quality standards.
* Problem Solving: Troubleshoot minor issues in tasks and proactively resolve them. Highlight complex issues to senior team members and collaborate to resolve them.
* Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues within the team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address administrative challenges promptly.
* Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to current administrative processes. Collaborate with team members to improve functions for the team.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant administrative tools.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
* High level of accuracy in all tasks performed.
* Highly motivated with an interest in operational processes.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer effective solutions.
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Possess a collaborative, creative and solution-oriented approach.
* Knowledge of market messaging is an advantage.
* Maintain an enthusiastic and professional demeanour.
* Previous experience performing under pressure.
* Experience in a fast-paced administration role.
* Ability to complete ad hoc tasks.

* €27,000 basic salary with a €5,000 bonus structure.
