We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance brand recognition, and foster customer loyalty.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the presence of our brands and ensuring our marketing initiatives align with our business objectives.
You will work with the Marketing Director to develop and implement our marketing strategy.
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in designing the short, medium and long-term marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:As Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement the marketing strategy for our retail estate.
You will: Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive customer engagement and sales.Brand management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.Promotional activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including in-store events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, merchandising, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Customer relationship management: Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty through targeted marketing efforts.Vendor management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.The successful candidate will have/be:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the grocery retail sector.Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
