Location: Cork Office / Onsite

Job Description: As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project development, implementation, and completion is achieved within the specified programme. You will work closely with the Project Manager and oversee the coordination and operation of the site to deliver key project milestones and successful project completion.
Your Responsibilities will include:
1. Reporting to the General Manager, Operations Director, and/or Division Director.
2. Responsible for all financial and management aspects of the project.
3. Overall responsibility for project team, labour control, and coordination.
4. Overall responsibility for schedule, QA/Cx, and Health and Safety.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects where required.
6. Liaising with the Client and key project stakeholders when required.
7. Work directly with the relevant Director to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work.
8. Review tender submissions, valuation preparation, and reporting on same.
9. Maintaining and developing relationships with Clients.
Skills and Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Electrical trade background advantageous.
3. Experience in delivery of Pharma, Life Science, Data Centre Mission critical, and/or Renewable projects advantageous.
4. Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team essential.
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required.
6. Experience in Revit would be advantageous.
7. Excellent organisational and planning skills.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
10. Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment.
