You will manage and oversee the financial and contractual aspects of the project, reporting to the projects Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts Compile monthly reports per company standards Conduct site measures and ensure timely submission of claims Address contract costs, sales, and contribution concerns Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM/Director Manage client invoicing and payments to subcontractors Liaise with the Financial Department on reporting Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors Monitor site procurement and reporting Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field 3 years + experience in construction Quantity Surveying Working toward chartership or professional certification (desirable)
Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems or Electrical Systems Data Centre experience is an advantage, but not essential Benefits:
