About the Role
As a Customer Assistant, you will be required to sell alcohol, so you must be at least 18 years old to work in our store.
Main Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner
* Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Ensure the correct quantity and quality of goods are available to customers
* Follow freshness and rotation principles
* Prepare, bake, and display bakery products
* Manage waste correctly
* Assist with stock count
Requirements:
* A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
* Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
* Responsibility and reliability
* Pleasure in working in a fast-paced, varied environment
* Good team player
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (not essential if you have the right attitude)
