About Our Client
Our client is a community-based service for people with severe or profound intellectual disabilities. They are a non-profit organisation that supports people with complex needs (wholly funded by the HSE).
The organisation provides community residential supports in 34 community houses in Kilkenny City and its surrounding areas. Each house has a unique tenancy arrangement, accommodating between one and four individuals.

Requirements
* A 3rd level qualification of at least Level 7 in Social Care or Applied Social Care Studies, or;
* A Nursing qualification – in Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General or Children's
* FETAC level 6 in healthcare management
* 3 years' managerial experience in a health care role
* Proven practical experience or similar experience in a role of this level
* Proven knowledge and experience of HIQA Standards and Certification
* A full, clean, manual, Irish driving licence and own transportation are essential
