MAINTENANCE MANAGER We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of MULTI-SITE Hotel and venue facilities in Dublin.
The successful candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment, enhancing the customer experience and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain all hotel facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Co-ordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialised services.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and extend the life of facilities, equipment and assets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Handle emergency situations and provide solutions to facility-related issues.
- Supervise and train maintenance and facility staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting into the Directors and Owners of the bsuiness daily Qualifications: - Proven experience in maintenance & facilities management, preferably within a hotel/residential environment.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
