The Senior Marketing Manager for the Digital Commerce product line at Experlogix will play a critical role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to support our global partner channel. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with a proven track record of managing partner-driven campaigns and driving revenue growth through collaboration with external partners. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing, product teams, and partners worldwide to foster relationships, build brand awareness, and develop go-to-market strategies that drive partner success and revenue growth.
Partner Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the growth and engagement of our global partner channel for the Digital Commerce product line.
Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end partner marketing campaigns, including joint go-to-market programs, co-branded assets, webinars, digital marketing initiatives, and events.
Partner Enablement: Create and maintain partner enablement materials, training programs, and marketing collateral to support partner sales teams in effectively positioning and selling Experlogix Digital Commerce solutions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, providing regular insights and reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and making recommendations for optimization.
Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling, high-quality content tailored to partner needs, including product positioning, case studies, blogs, and social media content.
Relationship Building: Build strong, collaborative relationships with key partners and support their go-to-market strategies to drive engagement, awareness, and demand.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and partner feedback to refine positioning, messaging, and partner strategies for the Digital Commerce product line.
Budget Management: Manage the partner marketing budget effectively to maximize impact and return on investment for Experlogix and its partners.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.
• Expertise in Digital Commerce: Knowledge of digital commerce or e-commerce solutions, including trends, challenges, and best practices in the field.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking abilities with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs that drive revenue.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and foster relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance; proficiency in marketing analytics tools is preferred.
• Content Creation: Strong skills in creating engaging, customer-focused marketing content, with experience in content development for partners.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or related advanced degree is a plus)
Location: Drogheda, Ireland (Hybrid). Preference given to those who can work in a hybrid arrangement from our Ireland office.
