The Digital Resilience Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who develops and manages, within a small team, the Digital Resilience strategy implementation, aligned to the new Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) implemented by the European Union (EU) regulatory authorities to strengthen the resilience of the Financial Industry in the European Union.
Citi’s global operating model and the use of global IT and Cyber solutions make Digital Resilience a pillar under Citi’s Global Enterprise Resilience strategy.
Digital Resilience requirements will continuously change and develop; as a result, the candidate must stay abreast of developments and translate them to directional strategy by considering their application in their own job and the business. This role will impact the entire area of Digital Resilience Globally, which affects the overall performance and effectiveness of Citi’s Enterprise Resilience function.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a firm-wide Digital Resilience Strategy to mitigate IT Risk, Cyber risk, as well as Third-party and Data risk in situations of severe disruption.
2. The Digital Resilience Lead Analyst develops and manages implementation and maintenance of solutions for multiple functional areas within Digital Resilience.
3. Be a Subject Matter Expert in Digital Resilience; assess Resiliency risks in a digital bank.
4. Define, implement, and apply area-wide Resiliency policies and standards by leveraging knowledge of globally accepted information security and/or Continuity of Business principles. Identify and utilize global risk management tools.
5. Manage all related Digital Resiliency deliverables such as: Critical Business Services (CBS) Impact Analysis, Recovery Plans, Crisis Management plans, and Table Top Exercises.
6. Have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
7. Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
8. Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
9. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.
Qualifications:
1. Experience with complex program implementations, risk, and/or relationship management. Knowledge of Citi business operations and technology.
2. Ability to manage projects, expectations, and maintain key relationships.
3. Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Resiliency risk management.
4. Advanced project management, data analysis, and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
1. Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred.
