Key responsibilities include:
* Hands-on leadership and development of the small kitchen team
* Close collaboration with owners on menu development
* Occasional catering for private functions
* Ensure all food hygiene and H&S regulations are adhered to
The ideal candidate:
* Minimum of three years’ experience as Head Chef
* Proven track record of delivering a high quality food offering from a busy kitchen
* Positive leadership style with excellent communication skills
* Keen knowledge of current food trends and ingredients
* Proven track record of building interesting, flavour-focused, popular menus
* High attention to detail
* Genuine desire to provide a true hospitality experience
