Entegro is seeking a Technical Administrator who will support our existing teams.
Working from our Kilkenny office, with a hybrid option available, ideally this candidate will have a background in telecoms/utilities, as you will be responsible for the permitting process for our UK-based site activities.
Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, the successful candidate is responsible for ensuring the efficient download, organization, and distribution of safe print documents for local utilities across Great Britain, in line with schedules of work for design and operational activities. This role ensures that safety, compliance, and accessibility of essential printed materials are maintained and accessible for all relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Engage with client organisations for access to utility systems on their behalf.
* Coordinate with local utility providers across the UK to ensure that access to safe prints is met ahead of new programs.
* Download and securely manage safe print documents from designated systems or sources.
* Work with the wider project team, ensuring that all safe prints are downloaded per program requirements.
* Ensure documents meet established safety, compliance, and accuracy standards before distribution.
* Identify opportunities to streamline safe print downloading and distribution processes.
* Collaborate with the IT and project/operations teams to enhance efficiency and ensure that safe prints are accessible from site as well as for design packs.
* Serve as the main point of contact for queries related to safe print materials and procedures.
* Quickly identify and address any issues with downloading or accessing safe print materials to minimize disruptions.
* Document control, ensuring that all documentation is controlled in an agreed process, and any changes to process are logged as change management.
* Work closely with your manager for any other project support requirements including map audits, HS/Compliance audits, or desktop checks.
* Work closely with design and operations teams to provide any additional information required.
* Maintain records of utility types and dates of downloads.
Skills Required
What You’ll Need:
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the utilities or construction sector.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
* Experience in dealing with Utility providers.
