Join a fast-paced parts department handling high volumes of enquiries and orders for retail, trade, and internal customers.
You'll process orders via phone, email, online, and counter sales while ensuring efficient dispatch and stock control.
Key Responsibilities: Process and manage parts enquiries and orders from start to finish Allocate orders to the parts team for prompt fulfillment Maintain accurate stock levels and strong supplier relationships Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock system updates Pull and pack parts for dispatch as needed Use business systems (Keyloop experience a plus) for orders and invoicing Requirements: Previous experience in a busy vehicle parts department (dealership preferred) Strong IT skills and attention to detail Excellent communication (phone & face-to-face) Organised, flexible, and eager to grow within the motor industry Fluent English, with an understanding of H&S and manufacturer compliance Whats on Offer: Competitive salary + productivity bonus Manufacturer and on-the-job training 22 days annual leave Pension plan & employee discount perks INDMC Skills: HGV Parts Knowledge Automotive
