Main Responsibilities
* Leading the customer service team to ensure high-quality service for customers.
* Organizing the customer service department for efficient and cost-effective operations.
* Liaising between customer service and other functions for maximum efficiency and satisfaction.
* Recruiting, developing, and appraising staff members.
* Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them achieve those goals.

About The Role
This is a full-time role requiring a candidate who can work flexibly to support business needs. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and oversee daily operations of the customer service department.

* Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership and motivational skills to manage a team.
* The ability to think of ideas to improve Customer Service.
* A high level of decision-making skills and a proven ability to manage for results.
Skills and Experience
A degree in Business Management or a similar discipline is desirable but not essential.
