Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project programmes, including method statements and execution plans.
* Ensure the Health, Safety, and Environmental plan and project resources align with project scope and requirements, including temporary works.
* Lead all aspects of project team functions, including risk management, financial success, HSEQS adherence, and stakeholder communication.
* Oversee consultant and subcontractor design as required by contracts, including implementing BIM strategies.
* Chair start-up and production meetings and allocate skilled team members in collaboration with the Regional Director.
* Prepare and manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP), identifying opportunities to add value or enhance profitability.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 7 years experience in project management within construction, or delivery of at least 2-3 projects across different industry sectors.
* Strong knowledge of Design and Build JCT, NEC3 contracts, and sustainability frameworks (BREEAM/LEED).
* Proven ability to manage projects holistically, ensuring programme success.
* Commercial awareness with excellent team building and leadership skills.
