Marketing Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our Client, a leading wholesale distribution company in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement an annual marketing plan, regularly updating the management team on progress.
* Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that promote the Client's products & services, engage with customers, and build brand awareness across all channels.
* Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
* Report on marketing campaign performance.
* Work with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
* Support the sales team with developing marketing materials.
* Plan and execute all events to promote the company and our products/services.
* Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring and reporting results.
* Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
* Align marketing activities with the overall vision, direction, and roadmaps of the company.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or another relevant field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience across product marketing, product management, and digital marketing.
* Excellent planning and organisation skills, confident with budgeting and project management.
* Technical skills, CRM & DBM software, graphic design.
* Exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence decisions.
* Effective team collaboration across different teams: product, sales, marketing, etc.
