The EMEA Candidate Care Manager will lead our regional team, providing strategic and operational direction to ensure customer-centric results. They will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve escalations, and identify opportunities for growth.
1. Manage a team in complex employment contract coordination at high volumes.

Key Responsibilities
* Leadership and Team Management: Manage a team of coordinators in the day-to-day work of complex employment contract coordination.

* Experience in HR/Recruiting Operations management in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Proven experience with HR and digital signature systems.
