The ideal candidate will have a robust background in web analytics, particularly using Adobe Analytics, and possess strong skills in digital marketing analytics.
AccountabilitiesLead Web Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed web performance reports, complete with insights and actionable recommendations to enhance website effectiveness.Conduct Website Behavior Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses of website traffic and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.Web Analytics Expertise: Utilize Adobe Analytics to track, report, and analyze website data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize user experience.Digital Marketing Analytics: Leverage digital marketing analytics to support broader marketing strategies and enhance user engagement across digital platforms.Reporting using Power BI: Use Power BI for reporting and analysis of data.
Knowing SQL, Power Query, DAX, and different visualizations based on the requirement is a plus.Data Presentation and Storytelling: Demonstrate exceptional skills in transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
Engage audiences by effectively visualizing data insights, making them accessible and actionable through impactful storytelling techniques.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable digital insights and strategies.Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of web analytics practices.Essential Skills/ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in web analytics and reporting, with demonstrated expertise in Adobe Analytics.Proven experience in digital marketing analytics and the ability to connect digital insights to business objectives.Experience with generating actionable insights from complex data sets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.Preferred experience in Power BI development, Excel, and PowerPoint.Desirable Skills/ExperiencePrior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a strong understanding of the healthcare sector.Exposure to agile principles and scrum delivery models is beneficial.Ready to make a difference?
