SUMMARY OF ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant for our Client based in Dublin 12. The company produces high-quality fresh food for customers, including hotels, restaurants, creches, industrial and event caterers, with consistency to their set menus and recipes. This is a role in a production environment rather than a hotel kitchen/restaurant. This is a full-time position with the company, and the successful candidate will have an opportunity to progress within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Peeling and chopping fruit for fruit salads;
2. Preparing vegetables for the vegetable bouquets;
3. Following HACCP procedures;
4. Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Kitchen experience;
2. Knife skills;
3. Good team player & self-motivated;
4. Focused on quality with attention to detail.
RATE OF PAY:
€15 per hour.
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm.
