We are a high-end, fast-paced medical aesthetic clinic specializing in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments. As we expand to a new, state-of-the-art location, we are looking for a polished and professional Clinic Coordinator who embodies our commitment to excellence and sophistication.

The Clinic Coordinator will be the welcoming face and organisational anchor of our clinic, responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners, and ensuring the highest standard of client care.
We’re seeking someone who exudes a pristine, professional image that reflects our clinic’s elevated brand, while managing day-to-day operations with poise and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-of-House Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, maintaining a welcoming, polished, and professional front-office environment.
2. Client Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, handle client inquiries, and provide pre- and post-treatment guidance to ensure an exceptional client experience.
3. Support for Practitioners: Oversee scheduling and coordinate effectively with practitioners to maintain seamless service and timely treatments.
4. Administration and Payment Processing: Process payments, manage client records, oversee daily financial tracking, and ensure confidentiality.
5. Inventory and Supply Management: Assist with ordering and coordinating stock of consumables across treatment rooms and front office.
6. Image and Ambience: Maintain a pristine, professional appearance at all times, upholding the high standards and luxury feel of the clinic.
7. Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and client needs, prioritizing effectively in a busy clinic setting and resolving issues with a calm and proactive approach.
Qualifications and Experience
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a medical aesthetic clinic, healthcare setting, or similar environment, in a coordinator, receptionist, or front-of-house role.
Skills
1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Proficiency with scheduling software and general IT systems.
