Job Description:
A business analyst is required to support the implementation of an ERP system.
Key Accountabilities:
* Requirements Gathering and Analysis
o Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
o Conduct gap analysis between current processes and ERP system functionality.
* Process Mapping and Improvement
o Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
o Develop detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
* ERP Implementation Support
o Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure ERP configurations meet business needs.
o Assist in system setup, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Stakeholder Collaboration
o Serve as a liaison between technical teams, end-users, and senior management to ensure alignment.
* Project Documentation and Reporting
o Maintain project documentation, including requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
o Provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders on project progress and risks.
Core Competencies:
* Good understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle.
* Experience in end-to-end ERP rollout, from planning to go live.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP implementation projects.
