2025 Naval Service Marine Engineer Cadetship
This cadetship will prepare individuals morally, mentally, and physically for their role as leaders in the Naval Service.

Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Be 18 years of age or above and under 39 years of age on April 14th, 2025
* Meet educational requirements (see below)
Educational Requirements:
* School Leaver or Non-Graduate Candidates:
o Must possess a minimum of H5 in 3 Higher Level papers and a minimum of Grade O4 in 3 Ordinary Level papers or Grade H6 in 3 Higher Level papers
o Mathematics: Minimum of Grade O2 at Ordinary Level or Grade H6 at Higher Level
o Irish: Minimum of Grade O6 at Ordinary Level or Grade H6 at Higher Level
o English: Minimum of Grade O6 at Ordinary Level or Grade H6 at Higher Level
* Graduate Candidates:
o Must have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree (Level 8 NFQ) from a recognised institution
o OR Must have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree (Level 7 NFQ) in Marine Engineering from a recognised institution
