Head of HR Records
Playrix is one of the most successful mobile game developers in the world. In terms of revenue, we rank among the top 3 in the world and are first among all mobile applications in EMEA. Our games have been installed 2.3 billion times (that's a third of the world's population!) and over 30 million people play them every day.
We are currently strengthening our team and are looking for a highly qualified and business-oriented HR Records team leader. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals and improve HR processes within the Playrix Group. You will gain unique international experience in a dynamic company with over 3,000 employees worldwide.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more .

Tasks
1. leading a distributed HRR team of 10+ people
2. building, unifying and maintaining effective HR processes within the Playrix Group
3. formulate strategy for employment formats and layoffs within the Group
4. provide information for employees regarding HR processes
5. prepare and update C&B maps for all Group locations
6. work with HR consultants in each location within the Group
7. build relationships and cooperate with outstaff partners around the world
8. develop and implement metrics and reports to monitor effectiveness of HR processes within the Group
Requirements
9. university degree (preferably in law)
10. 3+ years of experience in a similar position at an international company
11. strong management skills and experience managing a team of 5+ people
12. English proficiency at C1 level or higher
13. excellent communication skills
14. strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to stay productive while multitasking
