JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
As a Sales Executive at Greystar, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our marketing, leasing, and revenue objectives. You’ll engage with potential residents, showcase our exceptional community, and ensure a seamless leasing experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborative Teamwork - Work alongside a supportive team to deliver outstanding resident experiences.
2. Responsive Sales Enquiries - Handle all incoming sales enquiries promptly, meeting set targets.
3. Proactive Outreach - Initiate outbound contact to convert leads and engage with our existing database.
4. Community Expertise - Stay informed about our community, amenities, and local area to provide valuable insights to prospects.
5. Accurate Data Management - Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our data capture systems.
6. Daily Activity Planning - Organise your daily activities to maximize leasing opportunities.
7. Lead Conversion - Turn prospects into viewing appointments and bookings to achieve leasing targets.
8. Cross-Selling - Support all communities by cross-selling based on potential resident needs.
9. Documentation and Payments - Follow up on required documentation, contract returns, and process payments efficiently.
10. Cancellation Management - Handle cancellations professionally and negotiate compromises when necessary.
11. Marketing Initiatives - Participate in marketing activities to promote the property and monitor competitor activity.
12. On-Site Support - Assist with property tours, events, and renewals as needed.
13. Team Leadership - Lead morning huddles with the broader Sales team periodically.
14. Content Accuracy - Ensure our advertised content is accurate and up-to-date.
15. Professional Enquiry Management - Triage non-sales enquiries and manage them professionally.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced customer service or sales professional with a background in world-class accommodation, hospitality, leisure, or reservations/membership environments. You excel at influencing others, adapting quickly, and exceeding customer service and sales targets. Your organizational skills allow you to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and systems like Salesforce is highly desirable.
