Position Overview
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations for the company’s executive leadership. Your role will focus on managing schedules, coordinating key business activities, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support – Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize tasks, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Project & Event Management – Plan and organize executive-level events, travel arrangements, and strategic projects.
3. Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
4. Communication Excellence – Draft emails, reports, and presentations with accuracy and clarity without relying on AI-generated text.
5. IT & Tech Proficiency – Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (an Excel test will be provided). Knowledge of project management software, CRM systems, and financial tools is desirable.
6. Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
7. Travel – Must be flexible and available for both national and international travel.
Ideal Candidate
1. Proven Experience – Experienced PA/EA with a Business Degree and a strong background in supporting executives.
2. Work Authorization – Must have legal authorization to work in Ireland.
3. Language Proficiency – C1 level English or native proficiency preferred (an English test will be provided).
4. Highly Organized – Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Professional & Composed – Excellent interpersonal skills, remaining calm and focused under pressure.
6. Problem Solver – Strong decision-making skills and ability to anticipate needs.
7. Humble and Proactive Approach – Takes initiative while following the CEO’s strategic direction.
8. Strong Communicator – Able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
9. Willing & Able to Travel – Available for business travel as required.
