Position Overview As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations for the companys executive leadership.
Your role will focus on managing schedules, coordinating key business activities, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage the CEOs calendar, prioritize tasks, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Project & Event Management Plan and organize executive-level events, travel arrangements, and strategic projects.
Confidentiality & Discretion Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Communication Excellence Draft emails, reports, and presentations with accuracy and clarity without relying on AI-generated text.
IT & Tech Proficiency Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (an Excel test will be provided).
Knowledge of project management software, CRM systems, and financial tools is desirable.
Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Travel:Must be flexible and available for both national and international travel.
Ideal Candidate Proven Experience Experienced PA/EA with a Business Degree and a strong background in supporting executives.
Work Authorization Must have legal authorization to work in Ireland.
Language Proficiency C1 level English or native proficiency preferred (an English test will be provided) Highly Organized Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
