Role Overview
* Take ownership of a portfolio of healthcare brands, managing their success as if they were your own.
* Develop and execute strategic plans that drive sales, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence.
* Transform data and insights into actionable strategies that influence key business decisions.
* Build relationships with brand partners that go beyond transactions—fostering collaboration and trust.
* Craft pricing, promotional, and range selection strategies that put our brands ahead of the competition.
* Lead the charge on shopper marketing and in-store activation, ensuring a seamless consumer experience.
* Oversee consumer marketing campaigns, adapting global strategies for local impact.
* Represent brands at trade and consumer events, acting as their champion and advocate.
* Work closely with sales, merchandising, and national account teams to ensure flawless execution of brand plans.
* Forecast stock and financials with precision, ensuring optimal availability and profitability.
What You Bring
* You’re not just experienced—you’re passionate. You see opportunities where others see challenges, and you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* 3+ years in Brand, Marketing, or Client Management within healthcare, pharmacy sector or OTC products
* A track record of delivering innovative brand strategies with tangible results.
* A business-related third-level qualification (preferred but not essential).
* Commercial acumen, including ROI analysis and promotional evaluation.
* A deep understanding of regulatory environments (HPRA processes).
* Expertise in category management and trade execution.
* Strong analytical skills with forecasting proficiency.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to deliver impactful presentations.
* Awareness of industry trends and external market influences.
