Job Title: Patient Services Administrator
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our client's Patient Services team on a temporary basis in Dun Laoghaire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Administer all areas assigned efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Manage patient bookings, admissions, and procedure-related tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Respond to queries and phone calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Produce activity reports for all systems and contribute to the development of procedures within the Patient Services Department.
* Participate in the introduction of new Information Technology Systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in Hospital and Patient Services administration or similar field.
* Excellent customer care, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Strong ICT skills, particularly PAS knowledge.
* Good team-working and organisational abilities.
* Adaptability, flexibility, and motivation to work independently.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealings with the public and hospital staff.
