A highly competitive role is available for a Supply Chain Manager within our company. This 12-month fixed-term position offers a hybrid work environment and attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Network Supply Planning: Develop and maintain end-to-end supply plans, ensuring timely delivery of materials including raw materials, excipients, APIs, drug products, packaging components, and finished goods in accordance with commercial requirements.
* S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning): Prepare data-driven analysis and present insights during monthly S&OP meetings, including the monthly supply review meeting.
* Scenario Planning: Conduct strategic 'what-if' scenario analyses to identify risks and opportunities proactively.
* Systems Support: Assist in implementing SAP planning functionalities for current and future commercial products.
* Long-Range Planning: Prepare data and materials for long-range planning, including input into inventory and sourcing strategies, supply planning for the 5-year horizon.
* Performance Management: Develop and report supply chain KPIs for assigned products.
* Inventory Management: Support inventory strategy development and lead inventory processes to ensure material and product availability to meet demand and mitigate risks.
* Purchasing: Complete purchasing and order management tasks in the SAP ERP system.
* Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the supply chain lead contact for assigned suppliers, monitor compliance to supply chain terms, and support the accountable contract monitor.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and knowledge of core aspects of operations management and supply chain management in the pharma sector. A bachelor's degree and over 10 years of work experience are necessary. Experience working in a GMP environment is also essential.
