You will come from a strong product management background with a passion for developing product people and growing the wider capability.Director of Product Management - Responsibilities:Lead and Collaborate with Product and Agile Delivery Managers to develop and roll out a comprehensive career development framework considering skill assessment, training programmes, and mentorship.Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of the career development pathway enabling tracking over time.Collaborate with HR and wider senior leadership teams to find talent gaps and develop strategies to improve the Product Management function.Lead training workshops and coaching sessions to improve technical and soft skills for the Product team.Drive initiatives to continuously develop processes, tooling, and methodologies utilising Scaled Agile frameworks.Provide Technical Leadership to a combination of People Managers and senior individual contributors.Director of Product Management - Required Experience:10+ years' experience in Product Management with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.Demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of career development programmes within a Scaled Agile environment.Solid working knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.Ability to collaborate with wider teams and inspire and motivate a high-performing team.Experience in the Insurance and Benefits technology domains is desirable.
