Vhi Healthcare DAC have a full-time, permanent vacancy for the role of Corporate Account Manager based in Galway.
This role will cover all of the West of Ireland.
The successful candidate will build, foster and maintain strong internal and external relationships with the key goal of ensuring Vhi is Health Partner of choice for Corporate Groups.
Role PurposeDelivery of excellent account management with existing and new client book.
Establish excellent relationships within your existing client base, and in the new business acquisition space for onboarding of new clients.
Achieve agreed sales targets across the Private Medical Insurance portfolio.
Proactively assess, clarify and validate our corporate client need for each of our product range on an ongoing basis.
Lead out thought leadership messaging as it pertains to the value of our Private Medical insurance benefits for corporate schemes and their employees.
Work with internal partners and with team colleagues to identify and assist in the development of optimum product and customer solutions.
Work out of the Western region a minimum of three days a week in order to maximise face-to-face engagement with clients.
Establish and build relationships with key external stakeholders in the business community, in particular industry sector groups and chambers of Commerce.
Best practice use of all internal support and customer management systems.
Digital, Social Selling, Influencing and Communicating our overall proposition as appropriate.
The successful candidate must have:
3+ years' experience in a similar sales role.
Proven track record in developing and managing B2B clients or similar relationships.
Team selling experience and/or working with stakeholders internally and externally.
Proven experience of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a previous role.
Self-starter with ambition to achieve our business goals.
Excellent time management, planning, problem-solving and organising skills.
Demonstrated Business Acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Strong team player skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Professional accreditation e.g.
APA/CIP required.
A full clean relevant drivers licence.
Demonstrated alignment with Vhi Values.
This is a CF4 role in line with Central Bank requirements.
