* Prepare and review monthly and year-end financial reports, investigate variances, and analyze results to optimize business performance.
* Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to create best-in-class reporting and dashboards that enhance control environments and improve financial information.
* Provide regular commercial reporting to executive management, delivering accurate and timely insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
* Design and execute a strategy for assessing and integrating new acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.
* Lead the preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes, driving accuracy and efficiency.
* Contribute to revenue growth and cost-efficiency strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain strong banking relationships, providing proactive balance sheet and working capital management.
About the Person
* A qualified accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
* Excellent commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
* Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
* A proven track record of prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and drive results.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (e.g., Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant)
* 5+ years PQE in finance or a related field
* Excellent commercial acumen and financial modeling skills
