Join us as a Senior Client Service Representative- Custody
In this role you will ensure that the firm’s clients receive accurate and timely data, and serves complex client issues. Your corporate, equity, fixed-income and derivative instruments knowledge, as well as analytical skills will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driven to produce responses across all segments. To be successful, you will need to be highly communicative and detail oriented, to think on your feet, to be able to juggle several duties, as well as to troubleshoot with decorum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues and serve as the point person for senior level client contacts.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH products and services.
• Work closely with internal clients in Operations and Treasury and Markets to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and improvement of service levels.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external clients with regards to daily servicing inquiries.
• Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.
Qualifications:
• Education level and/or experience
• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years related custody experience
• Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment
• Working knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivative investments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Technical proficiency in internal and/or web based systems a plus.
