Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling customer inquiries and responding to telephone calls in a professional manner.
* Providing support for the company website, including managing online content and ensuring accurate information is displayed.
* Capturing and updating customer details in our database to maintain accurate records.
* Performing basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and payable processing, while maintaining attention to detail.
* Carrying out various administrative duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Answering incoming telephone calls and providing assistance to customers.
Experiences and Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Demonstrated strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
* An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Experience working with Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, and a strong ability to learn new IT systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and meet customer needs.
