Senior Corporate Sales / Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Corporate Sales / Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a new challenge in the hospitality sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue through venue sales, private donations, and public funding. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing partners and funders;
* Identifying and securing new partnerships and relationships with corporate, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and foundations;
* Planning, developing, organising, and directing partnership and donor engagement activities;
* Contributing to the ongoing strategic development of the organisation;
* Broadening the organisation's reach, increasing audiences, and sourcing funding to support its work;
* Increasing and diversifying funding streams across a varied portfolio of programmes;
* Securing new grant funding opportunities;
* Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating all Development activities in association with the Director.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of three years' relevant work experience in Business Development / Sales / Fundraising, ideally in a hospitality environment;
* A third-level qualification;
* Proven ability to manage budgets, develop accounts, and foster new business;
* A confident, outgoing sales approach with excellent client relationship skills;
* Highly organised self-starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule;
* A full driving license and reliable transport for frequent work travel.
