Sales Business Development Manager - Fixed Price
We are seeking a Sales Business Development Manager with expertise in Bitrix 24, LinkedIn, and Upwork sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment setting, closing sales, and achieving overall company development of sales revenue KPIs.
2. Create, develop, and manage new lead platforms to develop new business and cross-sell to existing clients.
3. Manage Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms, including Google Ads and social media ads.
4. Set up and populate projects on Upwork, showcasing our work, sourcing proposals, and converting leads into clients.
5. Conduct personal and company lead generation on LinkedIn, converting leads into sales.
6. Reach out to prospects and businesses, creating a positive brand image.
7. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
8. Produce marketing and promotional materials, including emails and presentations.
9. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
10. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
11. Oversee the CRM system to manage customer interactions and improve retention.
12. Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for sales and marketing efforts.
13. Implement quality control measures to ensure service standards are met.
14. Prepare regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
15. Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
16. Gather feedback from clients and team members to improve processes.
17. Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales and business development.
2. Strong knowledge of Bitrix 24, LinkedIn, and Upwork.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
5. Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems.
