Job Title: Process Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Manager to lead our digitalization project. The successful candidate will optimize the advantages of digitalization across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and map business process flows to identify opportunities for enhancement.
* Customize and integrate software tools as required.
* C coordinate the implementation of digitalization initiatives across multiple departments.
* Collaborate with software implementation teams to ensure successful and timely execution.
* Engage with internal teams to optimize system utilization and meet business reporting requirements.
* Develop and improve reports to facilitate decision-making.
* Identify relevant KPIs for all departments and establish a monitoring dashboard.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or relevant field, or substantial experience in an IT environment.
* Proficiency in Excel and SQL reporting (1 year or more).
* Previous experience in project management or process mapping (1 year or more).
What We Offer:
The successful candidate will lead this project in collaboration with North West Regional College (NWRC) and will have the opportunity to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen's University Belfast as part of the employment package.
Salary Information:
An estimated salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
